Use of Courses: All courses and content are the property of Jessica Ruffolo and © 2025 Divine Soulistics. Course content may only be used in the manner of personal use. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Jessica Ruffolo and © 2025 Divine Soulistics. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course(s). As a course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are included in the course dashboard. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the course, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course, login and password, recordings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the course.

Course Access: Only course registrants have access to the course dashboard.

Refunds for Courses: Once you have purchased, joined or logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason.

Effective Period: Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted, however, registrant may be removed from course at any time if policies have been abused.

 1:1 Coaching Services

The services provided by Jessica Ruffolo are generally conducted via Zoom. 1:1 coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help the client identify and achieve their personal development goals. In coaching conversations, Jessica will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach. Please note that life coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

 Coaching Confidentiality

Jessica Ruffolo fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with her Clients. At no time will Jessica voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between herself and her Clients without vocal permission from the Clients, unless required to do so by law.

 Coaching Session

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled and the client will not receive a refund or make up call within their purchased package. If client joins within the 15 minute grace period the coaching call will continue for the remainder of the call and there will be no time extensions added onto the session. Upon verbal agreement between Coach and Client, client may request to purchase a one-time 1:1 session for a late/no show session which will be an additional price. Doing so will lead to a written one-time 1:1 session agreement between Coach and Client including date, time, location, payment, etc.

 Cancellations & Reschedules

A 24 hour notice must be given to Jessica Ruffolo through written email addressed to thejessicaruffolo@gmail.com prior to the scheduled session stating the need of a rescheduling. Reschedules will not receive refunds as the session will be moved to another date at the earliest convenience. The same rescheduling policies apply for Jessica Ruffolo in case of a rescheduling. If client reschedules later than the 24 hour required notice and there is no agreed availability, the upcoming session may be subject to a loss of session.

If client requests to cancel purchased coaching package and the first session has begun/taken place there will be no refunds.

Agreements & Consent Forms

Once coaching package is purchased, an email will be sent to you (email used to log in to account for purchase) including the following forms;

1. Client Intake and Consent Form

2. Cancellation and Agreement Policies

3. Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice

All forms must be e-signed and emailed back to thejessicaruffolo@gmail.com before sessions begin. Once all forms are signed and emailed back to Jessica, a date and time for upcoming 1:1 coaching sessions included in purchased coaching package will be agreed upon and begun.

Tarot Readings

All above Terms & Conditions apply the same to all conducted Tarot Readings taken place between Jessica Ruffolo and Client. All differences between Coaching and Tarot Readings Terms & Conditions are as followed:

There will be a 10 minute grace period at the start of your reading if you are running late. If you do not join the session after 10 minutes, your reading will be forfeited and there will be no refund issued. Time for your reading will not extend if you join late.

If you need to reschedule or cancel please email intuitivejesstarot@gmail.com 24 hours before your reading. If you cancel before the 24 hour required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel later than the 24 hour notice, you will not receive a refund for your scheduled session.

There will be no refunds issued after a reading has been complete. Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only and do not substitute advice, therapy, counselling, etc. Jessica Ruffolo does not conduct Tarot Readings for legal or medical topics. Thank you for your understanding.

Courses & Digital Products

There will be no refunds for any and all purchased courses and digital products as these are digital and can not be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
