Inner work is a term that is thrown around quite loosely these days, but what does it truly mean? Does it mean going for a walk with only the sounds of nature to keep you company? Is it crying in the shower and then dancing to your favourite music right after? Is it buying your first journal and scrolling through Pinterest to find out what shadow-work even is? The answer to all of them is yes.
Inner work is different for everyone and there is no right or wrong. I know from first hand experience that beginning to self-reflect and make space for your overwhelming emotions and never ending thoughts can feel scary, but it’s also liberating and freeing. The passion behind creating Divine Soulistics lies in the years I’ve spent understanding myself and wishing I had a guide with me along the way.
My mission is to make any woman that is feeling like self-love and acceptance is impossible between daily life pressures, old limiting beliefs and recurring circumstances know that she is already whole right now. That everything she wishes she obtained is already within her, and any dream heavy on her heart is meant for her otherwise her soul wouldn’t call for it.

Over the last year I dedicated myself to my YouTube channel Mindset With Jess where I teach women how to release old limiting beliefs, manifest their desires with ease and step into their Feminine Energy all at once. Before this channel, I had spent years in my hyper Masculine Energy, reliving the same unfavourable circumstances over and over again, and ignoring the inner power that was always within me. The moment I decided I was tired of experiencing life this way, everything changed for me. I surrendered my old self and allowed myself to be worthy. From this decision I’ve built such a beautiful community on YouTube where I’m able to connect to women just like you ready for change.
I’m a certified Holistic Life Coach, certified Somatic Healer and I have read Tarot for the past 5 years using my intuition and connection to the highest good. Inner work unlocked my ability to connect with my higher self who already knows all of the answers, which is why I am so confident in guiding you on your own inner work journey and providing you with insight and healing your soul deserves. Together, you will never be on this journey alone.
