This is a gentle initiation into inner healing, where we will explore the foundations needed for your personal mind, body, and soul transformation.

Upon purchasing your Holistic Life Coaching Package, the following form will be required to be signed before the start date of your first coaching call; “Client Intake & Consent Form”. This form will be found in your order details upon purchase completion. All other forms will be sent directly to your email (noted on above form) and will be required to be read, signed and dated BEFORE the start date of your first coaching call. Your sessions will not start until all forms are signed and emailed back to info@divinesoulistics.com (All information and forms will be sent to your inbox upon purchase completion).

*Please note that all coaching sessions will be held during EST (Toronto Time Zone) Hours* After all forms are signed and emailed back, we will agree upon a weekly date and time to start your inner work journey together.
